2.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ph959 Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

3.3 ph959 may, at its sole discretion, decline to open an Account or suspend an existing Account if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the eligibility requirements set out in this Section are not met.
Each Player may hold only one (1) ph959 Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph959 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. ph959 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph959 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ph959 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify ph959 immediately at [email protected]. ph959 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation.
ph959 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity and age of all Players. You may be required to submit copies of valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed. ph959 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
All deposits to your ph959 Account must be made using payment methods accepted by ph959, which currently include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, Security Bank, and PNB, and Philippine debit cards. ph959 does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. ph959 does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind.
Deposits are credited to your Account in Philippine Peso (₱). ph959 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. ph959 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes during business hours (8AM–12AM PHT). Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.
ph959 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. ph959 may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Accounts as specified in the fee schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.
6.1 ph959 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. ph959 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting a technical error.
6.3 ph959 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change shall not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account in good faith.
7.1 All games available on the ph959 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games, real-time dealing by trained dealers. Game outcomes are determined independently of ph959's commercial interests.
7.2 In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on ph959's servers, the server record shall be the definitive record for all purposes.
7.3 ph959 reserves the right to void any Wager that was placed or accepted in error, including as a result of a technical malfunction, software error, or human error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account.

10.1 ph959 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 ph959 may share your personal data with PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by Philippine law. ph959 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
10.3 You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by ph959, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. Requests may be submitted to [email protected].

11.2 Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new Account. Any Account opened in breach of a self-exclusion order will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.
11.3 ph959 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. If ph959 has reason to believe that a Player is under 21 years of age, the Account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be forfeited.

12.1 The ph959 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph959 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph959 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
12.3 ph959's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their ph959 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph959's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
13.1 You may close your ph959 Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of any applicable Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.
13.2 ph959 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority.
13.3 Upon termination for breach, ph959 may forfeit any balance in your Account, including both real-money and Bonus Funds, without liability to you.
14.1 ph959 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
14.2 Your continued use of the ph959 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between you and ph959, you are encouraged to contact ph959's customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. ph959 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official channels.
